Legal recruiting is all about getting the right attorneys into the right jobs. But to do that, recruiters have to get the attention of busy Biglaw lawyers and convince them to hitch their lateral career plans to the recruiter’s wagon. Especially when in-demand attorneys get a constant stream of recruiter correspondence, well, that’s no easy feat.
