Mid-Level to Senior Finance Associate

The Houston office of our client, a Top I00 AmLaw international firm, recently launched a search for a 3-7 year finance associate for their Houston finance group.  This role will report to the Section Chair of the Finance group, so will mean terrific mentoring! We are seeking an accomplished finance associate with experience in secured and unsecured syndicated lending transactions. This role will involve working with others in a team atmosphere on a variety of transactions across the credit spectrum. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to excellence are also required.
