Junior Corporate Lawyer (Native-Level English)

Our client, a Vault 20 firm, is hiring a U.S. qualified junior to mid-level corporate lawyer (2-5 PQE) in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a JD from a top U.S. law school, outstanding grades, native-level english, and two to five years’ experience with a major international firm. The two hiring partners come from Wall Street firms and maintain a very high standard when it comes to candidates. Their practice is a mix of capital markets (IPO and DCM), leverage finance, and M&A transactions. They prefer candidates who either grew up in US and have an Asia connection, or  who have a long term plan to base in Hong Kong. The firm is happy to relocate candidates from overseas.
