Finance Partner or Counsel

We are working on a rare Austin opportunity with a top AmLaw firm who is seeking a Partner or Counsel for their busy corporate finance group. It would be desirable if if the person has at least some business, but our client will also consider highly qualified candidates on a counsel basis.  What is crucial is that interested candidates are sharp and have at least some experience with Series A and Series B deals.
